Known for his hands-on approach and deep understanding of construction, Neil has led the development, construction, and renovation of numerous properties across the city and surrounding counties, earning a reputation for quality execution and long-term value.

Over the course of his career, Neil has been involved in major development projects ranging from custom homes and large-scale residential builds to complex renovations and neighborhood revitalization efforts. His work can be found throughout the Baltimore area, where his practical leadership and attention to detail have consistently guided projects from early planning through final completion. Neil remains actively involved in every phase of construction, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability.

Neil’s path into construction is rooted in a family legacy. His mother, Hanna Tabor, began working in the Baltimore building and real estate world in 1956, laying the foundation for a multi-generational commitment to building in the region.

Outside of work, Neil enjoys the occasional night out with friends, spending time with his wife, Deni, and their dogs, and — most importantly — being with his children and grandchildren.
